Responsibilities:
• Provide information processing and library technical services including cataloguing, processing and data creation.
• Provide consultancy services in library / resource centre.
• Run and operate a library or resource centre including user education, collection maintenance, library services.
• Coordinate and implement new services.
• Evaluate and propose new initiatives.
• Conduct training and promotional / publicity events.
• Work with clients and partners to provide end-to-end solutions.
• Develop programmes and promotional / publicity materials.
• Undertake project management and customer liaison.

Requirements:
• Diploma holder / Degree holder / Masters or equivalent
• Preferred field of study: Communications / Media Studies / Humanities / English Language / Library Science / Information Management
• Work experience in library / resource centre is an added advantage.
• Strong IT skills and good command of word processing software.
• Good writing skills including summary writing skills
• Interest in music, culture, heritage and social sciences.
• Able to adapt to changes and is a fast learner.
• Meticulous and thorough
