This cluster manages all communication and flow of information and knowledge within and outside of the organisation. It also prepares materials in different forms and media to assist Management in planning and strategising for the future.

Assistant Director (Strategic Planning & Development)
This unit conducts studies and research to prepare data and information to support senior management in areas such as performance measurement, strategy and international benchmarking.

Senior Manager/Manager (Corporate Communication & International Relations)
This unit establishes a channel to reach out to the media and all stakeholders to provide them with pertinent information on Singapore design. It also helps to build and grow relationships with international design organisations and government agencies for long-term partnerships.
