Eyes like a shutter, mind like a lens. Nevin is constantly looking for stories to tell through visual means. His ability to connect with people makes him a documentarian and he strives to give a voice to the voiceless.
As a film-maker, he has a good grasp of working behind the camera, handling sound and directing. He has also been editing for the last 6 years on various kinds of projects.

Edward’s girlfrEdward’s girlfriend Dorothy calls for a temporal break from him after he postpones their long-awaited trip to Bangkok due to work, yet again. He goes through a long and naggy journey, thanks to the long talks from his Grandma and Mum, before realizing the importance of compromising in love. A documentary film that explores the uncomfortable side of the Singaporean identity, through the lens of three comedians who take a leap of faith in their own identities.
The film is an exploration of the Singaporean identity through conversations with comedians who goes skin deep in talking about uncomfortable issues through their comedy connecting with Singaporeans. This will be uncovered through interviews, the shows they perform, exclusive backstage footage, and a day in their lives beyond the persona on stage. The documentary is also exploring the use of archival materials, poetic imagery and soundscapes to bring to life the Singaporean identity that sometimes goes unnoticed.
