Integrating qualitative, quantitative and participatory research methods, ARCH Lab focuses on:
- Fostering relationships and collaboration among diverse population groups, community organizations, and the researchers working with them;
- Creating opportunities for collective reflection that enable individuals and organizations to see themselves in one another, to cultivate common humanity, and to foster compassionate citizenry;
- Developing concrete plans for creative actions that enable individuals and organizations to create and instill transformative changes that lead to empowerment, sustained resilience and social betterment.
