I decided to use white neoprene for the base layer of my dress. As the material is thick enough to cover the lights that shine through the dress, with holes pattern cutting on the neoprene it will gives out nice shadow lights from it as well.
Me and my classmates decided to stay overnight in school to do the sewing of the base of our clothes. We had ALOT of fun that night talking nonsense and sewing our dresses. We even went to Jurong Point to buy the famous cheese tart back to eat~
So after a night of sewing and a few hours of struggling on sewing the invisible zip to the side of my dress, this is how it looks like~ I am quite happy with how the base layer of my dress look like.
I keep asking my friend to try on my dress. I think Qian Ling looks very pretty on my dress!
