Future Direction

With regards to the issues we discussed previously, what is the cause and what can be done?

Human behaviour towards nature can be caused by survival instinct, human traits and perception. The frantic desire of human to survive with the ever growing population that threaten food and energy supply led to constant clearing of forest and overfishing in order to gain sufficiency. Human selfishness and emphasis on face value make them harm nature for their own convenience and to portray a higher status self image.

Hence, before we move on with suggestion, let’s view a video about the impact of human behavior and possible solutions.

Despite countless environmental effort, the situation seems to be deteriorating. Something that the video suggested is that we take back the carbon dioxide we have been emitting by using tree or bioenergy crops. This is contrary to what we have been doing, clearing forest for agriculture or industry. Economically wise, it will be rather hard to adhere to a clean and green method for production. The relationship between energy and environmental concerns is threathening enough with a global population hitting a plateau around 9 billion (Styles, 2014). Human are reacting towards nature in such a way as they need the resources.

So what else can be done?
