Reponsibilities:
Reporting to the Licensing Manager, you will assist to ensure the protection of INSEAD’s intellectual property. You will handle the paperwork related to the rights and conditions to reprint/translate/quote any materials copyrighted by INSEAD, which includes  conducting course pack audit of MBA and EMBA courses, managing all single click requests for Executive Education programmes and providing advice to intellectual property issues, and cleaning of data for accurate reporting of materials usage.

Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of working experience
• Experience in publishing, press or library work involving copyright management
• Knowledge of international intellectual property issues and compliance
• Strong hands-on experience in database navigation and reporting, MS Office, Acrobat, Contribute and the internet
• Strong administrative, organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written in English)
• Strong customer orientation and a good team player
