Eat your Colours
Parents want the best for their children and are responsible for daily experiences such as eating the right food. However, factors such as unpalatable taste, texture, and a general lack of positive experience with fruits and vegetables, leads to picky eaters and kids with food neophobia rejecting fruits and vegetables as part of a balanced diet which is vital for their growth, development and the prevention of chronic diseases. These rejections can result in nutritional deficiencies, impacting children’s cognitive development and unpleasant mealtime routines at home, which might also create negative impact between parents and child.
This project aims to promote healthy eating of fruits and vegetables in preschool kids by using positive approach of using fun mascots and storytelling, which will help in attracting kids and influencing them in choosing the right food!
