Late application of companies

If you are applying between January – April to get onto our annual internship programme, please follow the below instructions in order to fast track your application.

The annual internship programme typically takes place between May – July (10 weeks of commitment required from both student and company).

2021 internship dates: 10th May – 17th July 2021

The official deadline for all paperwork closes at the end of January and therefore it would be much easier to fast track your application via the following way.

• Download this form and fill in all the necessary information.
• It is crucial not to leave out any fields as the lack of information can result in further delays due to further required clarifications.
• Email the form to ADM internship coordinator – adm_internship@ntu.edu.sg
• Once the form checks out, we will disseminate it to the right cohort of students. If you do not hear from us over the next few days, please kindly drop a gentle reminder to follow up.
• Wait for interested student candidates to respond. If you do not receive any response over the next few weeks, drop us an email for inquiry.
• When a suitable internship is agreed upon, the student be required to fill in a self-source form which may require some of the organizational input for administrative order.

Please note that most students would have already been placed and chosen their companies by Mid-March, if your application comes in only after March you may experience less response.  However, there may be still be some students who are looking for internship opportunities.
