For eligible ADM Yr 3 students entering Yr 4 in August 2026:

AY25/26 internship period (AY25/26 Special Term): 11 May to 17 July 2026

IMPORTANT DATES (Current ADM Yr 3):

Pre-Internship Briefing: Thursday, 24 July 2025, 10:00am (Online via Teams, registration required), refer to email sent by CAO_ADM on 29 July 2025 for slide deck and recording link.

IMMEDIATE ACTION (IF NOT DONE for Current ADM Yr 3):
Complete Safety Quiz and InPlace registration now if not done.(Refer to email from CAO_ADM sent on 04 August 2025 for details).

INPLACE:
Internship opportunity selection by students on InPlace: OPEN now, Round 1 closes on Wednesday, 31 December 2025, 11:59pm.

SELF-SOURCE:
Self-source search and application: OPEN now, submission closes on Friday, 24 April 2026, 11:59pm.
