About  Alexis may be shy and reserved, but can spout random facts about our local biodiversity on command. She has a particular interest in lepidoptera (Latin words “lepido” for scales, and “ptera” for wings; in other words, butterflies & moths which have scaly wings!), but please alert her immediately if you see either the elusive campus pangolin, or any atlas moth, which has somehow evaded her for her entire 19 years of existence.

About  Amalina sometimes wonders if she should have just gone to Goldsmiths to study Fine Art instead, but her bank account wouldn’t have stopped its incessant protesting. Anyway, she knows her Goldsmiths-attending counterpart in a parallel universe would be wondering what if she had pursued a degree in physics instead, so this world’s Amalina lives contented knowing that at least she’s doing something she likes.
