AccessMedicine

The Medical Library has added another database to complement its existing online resources. AccessMedicine is an online medical resource that provides a variety of information resources covering basic sciences to leading medical textbooks such as Harrison’s Principles of Internal Medicine to self-assessments, videos and point of care information.

Some of the features include:
•More than 85 leading clinical and educational resources
•More than 50,000 images for educational use and to aid in visual diagnosis
•More than 1,000 differential diagnoses linked for in-depth information
•Procedural videos and animations, patient safety modules, musculoskeletal examinations, and more
•More than 5000 patient education topics in multiple languages to help patients understand their treatment regimen
