As of 17 June 2019, the Medical Library now uses LibCal by Springshare for our student consultation bookings.

With LibCal, you can:

• Check the librarian’s availability right before making your booking
• Receive immediate confirmation of your booking if the request is successful
• Cancel your bookings with the click of a button

There are two ways to make your bookings. The first is to do it directly via the booking system. The second is to use the widget hosted on the Medical Library’s blog. The widget is embedded in the page “Student Consultation Sessions“, linked in the menu under “Library & Research Services”.

Please note that you can only use your student email address (ending with @e.ntu.edu.sg) to make the booking. This serves as verification that you are a student. We will not accept bookings made with personal email addresses from other sites.

We also encourage you to complete the PICO and Search Strategy Worksheet before making your booking and attach it to the booking form.

In the months of August and September, priority will still be given to Year 4 students who are doing their Scholarly Projects.
