If you encounter problems with library e-resources, please write to the LKCMedicine Library Team at medlib@ntu.edu.sg and include a screenshot of the error message.

To proceed with OneSearch, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Clear your history, cache and cookies from Google Chrome. Here’s a video on how to do so https://youtu.be/ePkFNQwRucw
Step 2: Use Google Chrome and go to https://www.ntu.edu.sg/education/libraries
Step 3: Click Database

Step 4: Click on any Database Title

Step 5: Log in using your NTU Network Account details, according to your domain.
- E.g. lkcmed.testing_test@staff.main.ntu.edu.sg
- E.g. lkcmed.testing_test@assoc.main.ntu.edu.sg

Once you are successfully logged in, you will be able to access any NTU Library e-Resources.
