Alyarmouk (Libyan-registered oil tanker) and Sinar Kapuas (Singapore-registered bulk carrier) collided 20 km northeast of Pedra Branca, located on the easternmost island of Singapore. This resulted in 4500 tons of crude oil spilled (Oil Spill Intelligence Report, 2015).
