4. NOT ADVOCATING VEGANISM
Vegan-environmentalists were disappointed that both of Gore’s documentaries – An Inconvenient Truth and An Inconvenient Sequel, have overlooked diet as one of the biggest contributors to climate change. Gore did not address and advocate veganism at all, despite being one himself later in 2013 and agreeing that meat production contributes to increased carbon emissions. Some even questioned if Gore truly became a vegan due to environmental reasons or for his health benefit.
